ok, its no world record, but its a personal best! Just completed a 13km run round Richmond Park. Thats 8 miles! Week 6 started badly. I was away the weekend in the New Forest with some mates – camping, riding, eating and drinking. I cant believe that in only 5 weeks, running on average twice a week, I’ve gone from struggling to do 1.5 miles in 15 minutes to running 4.3 miles in 42 minutes.
