Week 5 – its just keeps getting better…

I cant believe that in only 5 weeks, running on average twice a week, I’ve gone from struggling to do 1.5 miles in 15 minutes to running 4.3 miles in 42 minutes.

It was only last weekend that I made my first lap of Brockwell Park with its nasty hill in the last 500 meters – and today I pushed round for two laps – and even managed a sprint finish.
