So I’ve been in training for the London Marathon for about 5 weeks now and its going really well. I’m still well short of where I need to be, but today I did a run that equals 25% of the total I need to do (10.7k out of 41.6).
As part of my training I’m signed up to the Great South run in Portsmouth on the 25th October which is 16k so I think I am in good shape for that which is marvellous as I didn’t expect to get so far with my training so quickly. All in all, things are going very well.
Now, if I can just get the rest of my life in gear that would be grand.
