Now considering I hadn’t run since the 6th I don’t think that’s too bad going! I set myself the challenge of running 3 or 4 laps of the park and did three and it felt good. Had I eaten a little more prior to going, and set off 30 minutes earlier I think I could have done a 4th. As it was my stomach was rumbling like crazy all the way round the 3rd lap and because I started late I ended up running in the dark which was a little odd.
Must remember: More energy food in the hours before a run!
