Week 2 – The Swim!

Just back from the swim with a dis-appointing 12 broken lengths. 1 set of 6 lengths back to back and then 3 sets of 2. Now 6 lengths isn’t at all bad – don’t get me wrong, but I was really hoping for 8. Next week – 8 it is!

Kate had a great swim today and managed a set of 10 lengths – the first time she has done 10 back to back – well done! However, I see this now as a challenge and I fell I must compete ;-). Its all in the name of charity after all!

One other consolation for not improving today is that at the weekend I was off in Yorkshire doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks Challenge – 25 miles across 3 peaks.

Tomorrow, I aim to try to do the full lap of Brockwell Park without stopping – 4k!
