I think that I shall be writing to my friends at Karrimor about this – I only purchased the boots in 2008 and chose Karrimor on the back of my previous boots lasting 8 years of trekking. Having these fall apart after only 16 months is most upsetting.
Does anyone know anyone working for Karrimor?
