I finally had to give up my burgundy EU style passport as it was due to expire. Now we haven’t been in the EU for a few years now so nothing has actually changed for me, but getting one of the new blue (black) passports really pisses me off.
I will always consider myself European and this little black book is just a reminder of the stupidity of Brexit. I hate what it stands for but I have to use it.
One day, hopefully, I’ll be able to get my EU passport back.
I do live in hope.
